1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

2. How to Start a Return

Photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

A short description of the issue
We will review your request and provide instructions within 24–48 hours.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will replace it at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item, manufacturing issue), we cover all shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, wrong size chosen), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be processing or shipped.
